The congregation that attended the Homily of Fr Gareth Byrne at the Grotto of Lourdes for the Blessed Mary's birthday on the 8th of September. They are congregated in front of a marble statue which contains the Blessed Mary and two other figures from the Bible one of which is the Child Jesus. There are paintings of the apostles depicted around the statue. The Church spire can be seen in the background in the clear blue sky. On either side of the steps there are two other statues.
